Lisa Smith’s lawyer asked the DPP to drop the terrorism charges due to ‘lack of evidence’




She was one of the most talked about people in Irish news in 2019 and it looks like early 2020 will be much the same.

The lawyer of the notorious ISIS Bride, Lisa Smith, asked the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to drop the terrorism charges that his client currently faces, according to an article published by the Irish Mirror.

It is understood that Ms. Smith’s lawyer claims there is a ‘lack of evidence’ about his client’s affiliation to the extremist organization ISIS.

Ms. Smith is currently free on bail and living at an undisclosed location. She is not allowed use the internet or social media for the foreseeable future.
