The collapse of Low Cost Holidays left thousands of people out of pocket, and their vacation plans ruined.
It is understood that over 3,000 claims have so far been lodged with the regulator in relation to losses incurred by customers, in the aftermath of the company’s sudden collapse on July 15.
Customers have until September 16, 2016 to submit their claim. Forms are available on www.aviationreg.ie.
