The Luke Kelly statue has been vandalized for a seventh time, prompting an angry backlash from locals.
This time, someone threw blue paint over the effigy, which is located on the corner Guild Street and Sheriff Street in the capital.
Despite six previous incidents, the Council is yet to take any action to protect the statue.
