A new Netflix documentary about the disappearance of Madeleine McCann will air later this month it has been revealed.
According to The Daily Mail newspaper, the documentary which has been in the works for over 18 months, will apparently air on the streaming service later this month.
However it has been reported that Madeleine’s parents Kate and Gerry McCann will not appear in the documentary as they have refused to do so.
The Daily Mail say both parents of missing Madeleine said they wouldn’t appear in the series as an active police investigation is still ongoing.
It is believed that producers of the documentary which will give accounts from detectives investigating Madeleine’s disappearance, had asked the parents to be involved.
But they reportedly refused as they want nothing to do with it as the investigation is still continuing.
