Major concern for six Irish coronavirus patients in Republic of Ireland who’ve been placed in ICU




There’s major concern tonight for six coronavirus patients in the Republic of Ireland who’ve been placed in intensive care units.

It’s understood that 3 out of the 27 new coronavirus cases that were declared in the Republic of Ireland today have been rushed to Intensive Care Units.

At this evening’s briefing to the press, Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan has announced that there a number of people in intensive care units after contracting coronavirus.

It’s understood that there’s now a total of 90 cases on the island of Ireland with medical professionals expecting a dramatic increase of cases in the coming days.
