Mallow fights back: Locals in Cork are fighting back against 50 modular homes being built for migrants

The good people of Cork are fighting back against migrants being planted in the community of Mallow saying that there has been absolutely no consultation with locals with the building of 50 modular homes for Ukrainians.

Locals are saying that they’ve been waiting 6 years for houses to be built for local people in the area, however modular homes will be built in a matter of weeks for Ukrainians to be placed in the area.

Many people on social media are saying that Ireland is full and that we should be looking after our record number of homeless Irish people, currently standing at 11,600.
