A 70-yr-old man passed away in an Offaly workplace accident, reports Breaking News.
The event happened on Thursday night at a location near Garryhinch.
Despite alerting the Gardaà and emergency services, the man was declared dead at the spot.
The man’s corpse was brought to Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore, where a post-mortem examination will be conducted, according to a statement released by the gardaÃ, reports Breaking News.
Notification has been sent to the Health and Safety Authority (HSA).
