A man aged in his 30s is currently recovering in hospital following a stabbing incident in West Dublin.
It is understood the man was taken to James Connolly Memorial Hospital Hospital following the incident which occurred in the Delhurst area of Ongar, on Thursday afternoon.
Gardaí say the man sustained serious injuries following the incident, but it is understood that his injuries are not life-threatening.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
