The funeral of the legendary broadcaster Gay Byrne will take place in Dublin today with thousands expected to attend.
RTÉ have confirmed that they will broadcast the entire funeral ceremony on RTE One, RTE News Now and on the player from 11:30am this morning.
It’s understood that Bryan Dobson will present coverage of service from St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral Church, Dublin, and will also have commentary from John Bowman and Mary Kennedy.
