Gardai in Dublin have launched an investigation after a man and a woman were stabbed at house this morning.
It is understood the investigation comes both the man and woman were stabbed at a house on Snowdrop Walk, in Darndale at approximately 7:30am.
Gardai say the man currently remains in critical condition at Beaumont Hospital, whilst the woman was treated for non life threatening injuries.
They added that a man aged in his 20s was arrested at the scene and is currently being questioned at Coolock Garda Station.
