A man who was arrested following the serious assault of an elderly man in Dublin on Saturday, has been released without charge.
The man’s release comes after a man aged in his 70s suffered serious head and spinal injuries following an incident at Courtney Place in Ballybough.
Gardaí say a file is currently being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions and investigation is currently ongoing.
