Gardaí in Co Donegal have confirmed that a man has been arrested in connection with a gorse fire which broke out over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
It is understood the man was questioned in connection with the incident which occurred on Friday 19th of April
However Gardai say the man has since been released without charge and a file has been prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The arrest came after damage was caused to a property in the Drumnacart and Annagry area.
