Gardai in Dublin have confirmed that a man aged in his 30s has been charged in connection with a stabbing incident in Swords over the weekend.
It is understood that the man was charged after a man aged in his 40s was injured following the incident which occurred at Cian Lea Estate on Saturday morning.
Gardai say the injured man is currently being treated at Beaumont Hospital, although his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
They added that the man charged in connection with the incident is due in court tomorrow.
