Gardaí in Co Leitrim have sadly confirmed that a motorcyclist has died following a collision with a school bus.
It is understood the man was killed following a collision on the main Cloone to Fenagh/Ballinamore Road (R705) at approximately 8am this morning.
Gardaí say the man’s body was taken to Sligo University Hospital.
Meanwhile the driver of the bus a man aged in his 60s sustained minor injuries following the collision.
It is believed that there were five children travelling on the bus at the time of the collision, however thankfully they were uninjured.
