Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed that a motorcyclist has sadly died following an accident in the Mulhuddart area on Wednesday evening.
It is understood the man aged in his 40s was killed following a collision with a cyclist in Saddlers Avenue at approximately 7:30pm.
Gardaí say the man’s body has since been taken to James Connolly Memorial Hospital where a post-mortem examination will take place.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
