Gardaí in Co Louth have arrested a man aged in his 20s following an aggravated burglary over the weekend.
The man was arrested following a burglary in Ardee, on Friday evening.
It is understood that a man aged in his 40s required treatment in hospital following the incident which occurred at approximately 9pm.
