A man in his 40s has died following an accident in a cliff area in Co. Cork.
The incident happened at Cape Clear island on Saturday afternoon.
It is understood that the man was playing soccer with family members when the ball went over a cliff. He went to fetch it but didn’t return.
The body was found later by rescue services.
