A man has been remanded in custody after being charged with the assault of a woman in Co Wicklow over the weekend.
According to RTÉ News, the 32-year-old man was charged with assault causing serious harm at Bray District Court on Monday.
The charge comes after a woman was assaulted at an apartment in Arklow, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
RTÉ News reports that the man is due to appear before Cloverhill District Court on Thursday the 19th of December.
