Many Irish retailers are reportedly looking at the possibility of opening 24h once lockdown is over, in the run-up to Christmas.

Non-essential shops are currently closed due to Level 5 lockdown, which means a great loss of revenue.

To palliate this situation, retailers are considering opening 24h a day, seven days a week, in the crucial pre-Christmas shopping period.
