The Taoiseach Micheal Martin has firmly denounced Mary Lou McDonald’s Sinn Fein party’s motion of no confidence in the government.
Sinn Fein claim that the time is now for the current government to be extinguished and for the people to have a say as to who will govern the country.
Martin however says that Sinn Fein’s motion of no confidence is nothing short of a cynical move and that Sinn Fein can’t call for more budget spending if they want the government to end.
