Massive crowds turn out for Funeral of Lisa Cash and Chelsea and Christy Cawley in Tallaght

A book about Elvis, football gloves and a teddy bear were just some of the gifts brought to the funeral of three siblings killed in a violent attack at their home in Tallaght last Sunday morning.

A large number of mourners gathered for the service at St Aidan’s Church in Brookfield, Tallaght.

The three white coffins of twins Christy and Chelsea Cawley, 8, and their sister Lisa Cash, 18, were placed before the altar.

Photographs in heart-shaped frames with floral decorations were placed in the chapel along with poems, pictures and teddy bears in their memory.

The Mass was celebrated by Father Paul O’Driscoll, Chaplain of Traveler Parish in the area.
