Representatives for the Mater Hospital in Dublin have issued a ‘flu warning’, asking visitors to stay away unless attendance is unavoidable.
Also, children under 12 are not currently allowed to enter the facility.
The hospital is swamped with flu cases, and it’s struggling to curb the spread of the highly contagious virus.
