
A man in his 50s is in critical condition in hospital after an alleged assault in Dublin earlier today, reports RTE.
A woman in her 30s was arrested after the incident on Lealand Road in Clondalkin at approximately 8am, reports RTE.
The injured man was brought to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown, where he remains in a critical condition.
The woman is currently being held at a garda station in the Dublin area, reports RTE.
Gardaà are appealing for witnesses to come forward in relation to the incident.
Anyone who was on Lealand Road between 7.30am and 8.30am and who may have information about what happened, or who has dash cam footage, is urged to contact the investigating gardaÃ, reports RTE.
