Met Eireann is this morning confirming chilly temperatures over the coming days, with snow possible later in the week.
According to the national forecaster, Monday and Tuesday will remain relatively dry and bright, with daytime temperatures remaining in single digits.
The weather will take a turn for the worse by Wednesday, with wet and windy conditions expected, and freezing temperatures by Thursday.
