Met Eireann has confirmed that multiple bands of rain will cross Ireland over the weekend, bringing heavy rain at times.
According to the national forecaster, weather conditions will begin to deteriorate on Friday, giving way to a wet and blustery weekend.
The only good news is that things might change for the better by next week, though the forecast is yet uncertain.
