Met Eireann has extended its weather warning due to ongoing adverse weather.
The Status Yellow warning, which covers counties Cork, Kerry, Galway, and Mayo, will now remain in place until Friday.
According to the national forecaster, many areas around these counties will experience very heavy rain and strong winds, which may lead to localized flooding and hazardous driving conditions.
