Met Eireann is today forecasting ‘higher than average’ temperatures for the month of May.
According to the national forecaster, high pressure appears to be building up over Ireland, leading to temperatures close to 25C by next weekend.
The agency is stressing that this is a long-range forecast that’s subject to change.
