Met Eireann is today forecasting snow or sleet for Tuesday of next week as cold conditions continue, with daytime temperatures expected to remain in single digits.
According to the national forecaster, snow is likely to fall later that week also.
The outlook is for temperatures to rise somewhat from January 20.
