Met Eireann is forecasting unsettled weather for most of this week, with a mix of sunshine and showers and highest temperatures hitting 21C.
According to the national forecaster, there’ll be little in the way of summer weather until perhaps a couple of days in late August.
Meanwhile, low pressure will continue to dominate weather patterns, leading to unstable conditions and plenty rainfall.
