Met Eireann is today forecasting wet conditions and cool temperatures as a low pressure system moves across Ireland.
According to the national forecaster, the next few days will be rather dull and showery, with top temperatures reaching barely above 20.
The good news is that better conditions appear set to return by next week as high pressure begins to build again, leading to mild and settled weather.
