Met Eireann has issued a dire weather forecast for the next few days, with heavy rain and low nighttime temperatures expected.
According to the national forecaster, today, Friday, is forecast to be a very wet day, with widespread rain, heavy at times.
Saturday is likely to bring more of the same, with frequent showers and very few sunny spells.
Sunday looks a drier day overall, with just some showers along northern areas.
Daytime temperatures will reach mid teens at best, dropping to single digits at night.
