Met Eireann has issued a positive forecast for the coming weekend and next week, with temperatures expected to rise to mid-20s.
According to the national forecaster, the period between Thursday-Saturday will be somewhat unsettled, with a mix of sunshine and scattered showers, with temperatures ranging between 17-23C, best in the south and east.
The current forecast for the early part of the weekend is for good sunshine and temperatures in the low 20s, with just some scattered showers, becoming dry towards Saturday evening.
Sunday looks like a good, bright, and dry day, with temperatures again in the low 20s.
