Met Eireann has issued a Status Yellow warning for heavy rain affecting four counties.
The warning, which affects counties Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo, and Sligo, will kick in at 5am tonight and remain in place until 5pm on Wednesday afternoon.
Up to 35mm of rain might fall across some areas in these counties, which might lead to localized flooding.
