Met Eireann has issued an updated forecast for the coming Bank Holiday weekend, saying that the weather will remain very mild throughout, and possibly into next week.
According to the national forecaster, highs of 18C are likely.
Current forecasts for next week point to highest temperatures in the mid teens, with scattered outbreaks of rain.
