Met Eireann has just issued an urgent gale warning for the entirety of Ireland’s coastline as gale force winds are predicted throughout Friday afternoon/evening and into Saturday morning.
The warning will be in place from 4pm on Friday until Saturday morning.
According to the national forecaster, the weather will remain very unsettled throughout the whole weekend, but things might improve slightly towards the start of the following week.
