Met Eireann has issued an urgent weather warning as horrendous conditions are about to hit Ireland.
The Status Yellow wind warning covers the entire Irish coastline, and will be in place from 5pm on Tuesday to noon on Wednesday.
According to the warning, winds will reach gale force 8 throughout Tuesday evening and night, potentially leading to hazardous conditions.
