Met Eireann has issued an urgent weather warning for the whole of Munster and three other counties ahead of the arrival of miserable weather.
Munster, plus counties Carlow, Kilkenny, and Wexford, will likely experience very strong winds overnight and into Saturday morning.
The warning will kick in at midnight tonight and remain in place until 10am tomorrow.
