Met Eireann has issued an urgent weather warning for three counties ahead of the arrival of thunderstorms.
The warning, affecting counties Clare, Limerick, and Galway, will take effect immediately and remain in place until 6pm.
According to Met Eireann, many areas in these counties will see heavy downpours and thunderstorm activity over the coming hours.
