Met Eireann is predicting a ‘mini heatwave’ for the early part of next week, with temperatures climbing to 26C.
But it’s all not good news, as the national forecaster says that there will be plenty rain during the second half of the week.
The current outlook for Thursday onwards is for more unsettled weather to set in.
