Met Eireann is today saying that the weather will improve significantly towards the second half of this week, with temperatures reaching low- to mid-20s.
According to the national forecaster, high pressure will start building by Thursday, leading to highs of 22-23C.
There will also be little in the way of rain throughout the week, though it will become rather cloudy at times.
