Met Eireann is saying that the weather will remain very mild today and for the coming week, with temperatures reaching 17C and little in the way of rain.
According to the national forecaster, Ireland will enjoy a heatwave of sorts for the next five days at least, and possibly beyond.
Tuesday and Wednesday are likely to bring in some light and isolated showers, but the weather will remain dry overall.
