Met Eireann warns of very mixed weather during the coming weekend, with periods of sunshine, heavy showers, and isolated thunderstorms.
Saturday is expected to be relatively mild and settled, with long bright spells and temperatures reaching 17C at times.
But things will take a turn for the worse on Sunday, as heavy showers become widespread, with the worst of the weather expected in the northwest. There’s also a risk of thunderstorms. Overall, Sunday’s daytime temperatures will hover around the low-mid teens.
