Met Eireann is today warning of very wet conditions on Sunday afternoon for most of the country, though southern areas might be spared.
According to the national forecaster, weather conditions will become progressively worse throughout the day, with some showers turning heavy and possibly thundery in some areas.
The overall outlook for the coming week is for unsettled weather to continue, with no summer conditions in sight.
