The Met Office has issued an urgent warning about ‘danger to life’ flooding events across some parts of the UK.
According to the agency, up 300mm of rainfall is expected in some parts of Cumbria between now and Thursday evening.
That amount of rainfall equals to a month’s worth of rain.
