Migrants from France are using Ireland’s weak border control as stepping stone to enter UK

It has been discovered that migrants seeking to enter the UK from France are now using Ireland as stepping stone to reach England.

Smugglers are bringing migrants based in camps in Calais and Dunkirk from the Middle East, Africa and elsewhere to Ireland by plane then they simply cross the border and take a boat from Belfast to Glasgow by ferry.

The migrants then board trains generally headed for London.

An Iranian people smuggler told the BBC that Ireland has much fewer checks and virtually no real border control.

Using fake Greek passports Irish authorities are laughably easy to dupe at Dublin airport and are never checked again during the rest of their journey to London via Belfast and Glasgow due to the open borders between the UK and Ireland.

UK authorities have pointed out the incredible weakness at Irish ports and airports and this has all new significance as negotiations between the UK and EU over the Irish border continue to ramp up.
