The Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe has confirmed that he is restricting his movements after coming into close contact with a confirmed case.
Donohoe said that he was restricting his movements after French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire tested positive for the virus.
It is believed that the pair met at a Eurogroup meeting in Germany on September 11th.
The news comes after the Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly placed into temporary isolation last week after becoming unwell.
However his test has since come back negative for Covid-19.
