The Minister for Health Simon Harris has confirmed that student nurses and Midwives will be paid for their work during the Coronavirus outbreak.
In a statement released this evening Harris said that all student nurses will be offered a Healthcare Assistant contract.
He stated that under the contract all nurses will be able to continue their placement.
