The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has said that the Government has no appetite to extend current Covid-19 restrictions.
Speaking on RTE’s Drivetime programme, Donnelly said that the Government fully intends to leave Level 5 restrictions at the end of November.
Although Donnelly acknowledged that there is some concern over the recent rise in cases the clear intention is to leave the current restrictions at the end of the month.
He added that it is clear that people have become fatigued.
