Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly says the unvaccinated are putting a disproportionate burden on the health service




The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has said that those who are not against Covid-19 are putting disproportionate burden on the health service.

Speaking about the recent rise in Covid-19 cases, Donnelly said the health service is facing a difficult winter.

Donnelly went on to say there would be a lot less people in ICU if more people were vaccinated against the virus and he encouraged anyone who had yet to gey a vaccine to get one as soon as they can.

He added that he cannot give any guarantee that remainimg restrictions will be lifted on Monday and any decision will be made after what public health experts say on Monday.
