Video footage of a protest held in Dublin’s Merrion Street has emerged on social media showing a group of protestors heckling the Finance Minister Fine Gael’s Pascal Donoghue.
A group opposed to vaccines allegedly called Minister Donoghue a “murdering c**t” as he passed by the protest.
As reported in the Irish Mirror, a protester can be heard shouting “My sister is in hospital after her second jab of the vaccine. You’re a disgrace. You’re an absolute disgrace.”
Mr Donohoe replies saying, “if the most you can do is shout at me …:”there’s no need to raise your voice.”
The Irish community may becoming increasing hostile to the FF, FG, Green coalition government’s Covid restrictions with many seeing the Merrion Hotel and Zappone pre-appointment party as “one rule for us and a different one for them”.
